These terms govern your use of Convena. The short version: use it in good faith, treat the advice as counsel rather than command, and the call is always yours.
What Convena is
Convena convenes multiple AI models to weigh a decision and synthesizes their views into one confidence-rated recommendation. It is a decision-support tool, not a professional adviser.
Sessions and packs
Sessions are sold in packs and never expire. The first three are free. Pack balances are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable once a session has run.
Acceptable use
Do not use Convena for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to extract another user's data.
The decision is yours
Convena offers perspectives and a synthesis. It does not make decisions for you, and outcomes are your responsibility. See the AI disclaimer for the limits of the advice.
